Everything between a contractor's claim and your payment decision.
Guided field capture
Site engineers follow a checklist for the stage being claimed, on a phone, and submit when it is complete.
- The checklist for each construction stage comes from the database, never from the device
- Take a photo or choose a file; photos are accepted as JPEG or PNG, documents as PDF
- Device location is sent as a hint only and is compared with what the file itself says
- Missing required items block submission unless the inspector explicitly submits as incomplete, which verification then flags

Evidence you can defend
The server inspects every file itself. Nothing the device reports about a file is trusted.
- A SHA-256 fingerprint is recorded on arrival and the file type is checked from its first bytes
- Capture time and GPS are read from the file's own metadata, and a time in the future is discarded
- Sharpness, brightness and resolution are measured, so unusable photos are caught early
- A perceptual hash finds the same photo reused on another claim, even after resizing or recompression
Risk score
55 / 100
Financial exposure
₦4,727,778
The part of the claim the evidence does not support.
- PROGRESS_VARIANCE: critical failure+30
- BOQ_QUANTITY_MATCH: high failure+20
- Financial exposure: 26% of the claim unsupported+5
Deterministic verification
Up to thirteen rules check the evidence. The same inputs always produce the same result, and every result says why.
- Location, timing, duplicates, photo quality, analysis confidence, progress variance, BOQ quantities, documents, defects and schedule
- Reasons are generated from measured values, not written by a model
- A risk score and the financial exposure (the part of the claim the evidence does not support) are calculated for every claim
- The thresholds used are stored with each run, so an old result can always be explained
Progress claimed vs observed
Contractor claims 90% completion while verified estimate is 67%.
FailSeverity: CriticalQuantities vs BOQ
Contractor claims 1152 m2 of Sandcrete blockwork (MASONRY-01) while 860 m2 (75%) is evidenced.
FailSeverity: HighRequired evidence
All 6 required evidence items were provided.
PassLocation
All 6 geotagged photos were taken within 150 m of the site.
PassTiming
All 6 timestamped photos were taken within 72 hours of submission.

A review workspace for people
Claims the rules cannot settle go to a queue, highest priority first, for a named professional to decide.
- Verify as claimed, verify a different progress, reject, ask for more evidence, request a new inspection, escalate or add a note
- Senior reviewers can override individual checks, with a recorded reason
- Whoever captured the inspection cannot decide the claim
- Every decision needs a note when it departs from the analysis

An exact payment recommendation
The recommended amount is arithmetic on the verified progress, calculated to the kobo. Money is never moved by software.
- Claim amount × verified progress ÷ claimed progress, capped at the claim
- A project manager or owner approves it; a different amount needs a written reason
- Each recommendation is versioned and tied to the decision it came from
- SiteProof records the approval. Paying the contractor happens in your own finance process
Claim amount × verified ÷ claimed (69% ÷ 90%), exact to the kobo.

Evidence packs and sharing
Freeze everything about a claim into a record that can be printed, shared and checked later.
- Claim, evidence, checks, decisions, payment and audit trail in one sealed document
- Any change to the content would change its SHA-256 fingerprint
- Print to PDF, or share a read-only link that expires and can be revoked
- Every view of a shared link is recorded

Portfolio visibility
See money at risk across projects, and what needs attention first.
- Claim value split into verified for payment, under review, and not supported by the evidence, always adding up to the total claimed
- Quality exceptions, awaiting-review counts and projects behind schedule
- Charts of claimed versus verified progress, by contractor, and the checks that fail most often
- A 3D view of each building that shows verified progress filled in and claimed progress outlined

Teams, roles and tenant isolation
Seven roles, project-level access and an audit trail that cannot be edited.
- Owner, project manager, site engineer, quantity surveyor, reviewer, finance and viewer
- People see only the projects they are assigned to, except owners and finance who see all
- Each organization's data is separated by the database itself, not just by application code
- Invitations are single-use and work only for the invited, confirmed email address
